The Band
Vandida :
A progressive rock band formed in 2004 in Tehran-Iran. At first we were trying to make music in our mother tongue language(Persian) ,so we have got 2 songs in Persian lyrics. Although we were under high pressure of political prohibitions We were so successful in underground live performances. After about one year mamzee discovered his potential in writing English lyrics, so we decided to continue our activities with English lyrics cause we have always wanted to talk to people and then we were able to talk to so many more people This ability took us one step closer to our goal of being a global successful band. For being time we have got three songs in English language and we are keeping on making music strongly ,despite the limitations in our country we are still rocking. [Sat 13 oct 2007]
